Orders
Can I call in my order?
You must create an account on www.hotheads.com to place an order or order through your local distibutor.
Can I talk to a person about my order?
Please vist our #HOTTIESQUAD Help Center or call 1-866-969-5159 and leave a message. A customer service agent will return all calls within 24 hours M-F.
My order is incorrect.
Please click HERE to start your exchange process. A replacement will be sent immediately while you send back the returned product. If you still feel you need to speak to someone, please email customerservice@hotheads.com
How long in advance should I order for an appointment?
We recommend ordering as soon as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs, however, we do not have control with shipping delays.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been placed you should recieve and order confirmaton email. Within one business day you should recieve an email with tracking information for your order.
